Description
Bobolo is a traditional West African dish made from fermented cassava, wrapped in banana or plantain leaves, and steamed until soft. Popular in Cameroon and parts of Nigeria, it is often eaten with grilled fish or pepper sauce and has a slightly sour, chewy texture.
